Responsibilities:
Assisting Technical Services Manager to design, plan and implement cluster system infrastructure including new environments and architecture and upgrades.
To provide System designs, monitor, report and resolve problems timely, based on industry’s best practices.
Ensuring all Service Level Agreements with customers (internal and external) are met and maintained.
To research and develop a cost effective and scalable technical systems architecture and solutions to ensure B2BE can maintain its cost effectiveness, and provide relevant solutions to continue the provision of high end available systems and software.
