Key Responsibilities :

• Develops and manages the implementation high quality fresh food and locally sourced beverages products. Maximizes profitability by increasing turnover and controlling costs.
• Monitors and analyzes product data by reviewing sales, return on investment and profit and loss. Prepares communications to internal customer, vendors on analysis and action plans.
• Leads competitive product reviews such as tasting and competitive shopping.
• Prepares communications, spreadsheet analysis and product specifications to support implementation of new marketing programs and products.
• Participates with food vendor performance through product development and management of optimum pricing of products.
