Project Manager (Petaling Jaya)

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Electrical Engineering with Minimum CGPA 3.0

• Obtain distinction or strong credits in SPM in following subjects:
  • Physics and Mathematics – minimum 4B and above
  • English – minimum 4B and above
• Candidates with STPM passes in Physics, Mathematics, English or General Paper will have added advantages
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT Industry, with minimum 3 years as a Project Leader, Team Leader or Project Manager
• Excellent communication skills, business writing and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates with strong technical knowledge such as Java/J2EE, Oracle, DB2, MySQL will have added advantages
• Must be independent, extrovert, dynamic, posses good leadership skills, looking forward to challenges, resourceful and willing to learn, candidates who are strong in co-curriculum and sports will have added advantages

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project delivery and quality of the project
• Provide leadership to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of projects assigned
• Responsible for managing the project requirements and change requests
• Perform project planning, estimation of effort and develop detailed project plan
• Communicate and manage clients, project team and suppliers
• Manage project risks and issues and work closely with the project team to mitigate project risks and issues resolution
