- Higher Diploma or Degree in any human development or any field of study.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- At least 2 year(s) experience as a coordinator’s position.
- Must display excellent planning, scheduling and organisation skills.
- Experience in training fundamental IT courses or training manuals development is an advantage but not necessary.
- Knowledge in IT training is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and co-ordinate internal training requirements which include processing training requisitions, booking courses and follow through.
- Plan schedule, co-ordinate external training (project based training) which include training requirements analysis, liaison with the client and implementing training for the client.
- Prepare training reports.
- Write training proposals.
- Plan and monitor employee skills development.
