Admin Assistant, Kota Damansara.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
• order and keep track of stocks for books, stationery and uniform
• Prepare, update and manage school booklists, leaving certificates and report cards
• Assist in creating, proof-reading and editing school memos
• Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management & Admin department on ad-hoc basis.
• Provide administrative support to Admin department, maintain files, documents etc.
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates/Entry level and Junior Executive applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, team player, result and task oriented with strong work ethics and positive attitude.
• Computer literate and Internet savvy
• Someone who loves books an added advantage
