Purchasing Executive (Sg. Petani, Kedah)

We are a local manufacturing company established since 1996 in Sungai Petani, Kedah and involved in the manufacturing and sale of premium natural and synthetic rubber parts mostly for the electronics, automotive and healthcare industry. Our products are mostly exported globally to multinational companies originated from America, Europe and Asia.

Job Vacancy: Purchasing Executive, Sg. Petani, Kedah.



Responsibilities:
•Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service.
•Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet production schedule.
•Able to maintain a complete database of purchasing records, and actively plan and manage optimum raw materials inventory levels.
•Monitor and coordinate delivery of supplies from local and international suppliers.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
•At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
•Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•Required skills: Ms Office.
