Responsibilities :
- Secretarial support and general office administration.
- Execution of company projects planning and HR matters.
- Issue invoices, credit note and petty cash.
- Prepare payment vouchers for expenses and claims.
- Assist in Bank reconciliation.
- Assist with preparation of schedules and month end closing.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements :
- Diploma or higher education
- At least 3 years of working experience
- PC literate and able to work independently
- Fast worker with initiative and good working attitude
Compensation/Benefits :
Salary range: RM2,800 - RM3,200
