Job vacancy: Admin Executive, Kelana Jaya.

Responsibilities:

Issuing of Purchase Order and transmit of PO and follow up of delivery.

Responsible for compile, control & maintenance of documents in the section, Include the activities of:
PO & Invoice matching
Data Update into the system
Data collection, validations and analysis skills
Manage administrative tasks
Conduct proper filing and recordings
Other admin tasks as assigned by your superior
