Admin and Account Executive (Kuala Lumpur)

Global Maritime is a leading consultant for offshore engineering design and marine operation services on a world-wide basis. The Group has been consistently engaged on major marine offshore projects for over 30 years. Our branch office in Malaysia is inviting dynamic individuals for the following challenging position.

Responsibilities :

  • Secretarial support and general office administration.
  • Execution of company projects planning and HR matters.
  • Issue invoices, credit note and petty cash.
  • Prepare payment vouchers for expenses and claims.
  • Assist in Bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with preparation of schedules and month end closing.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or higher education
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • PC literate and able to work independently
  • Fast worker with initiative and good working attitude

Compensation/Benefits :

Salary range: RM2,800 - RM3,200
