Job vacancy: Junior IT Helpdesk Analyst-AS400 (RPG) and CL, i-City, Shah Alam.

Remuneration: RM2500-RM3000

Requirements and Responsibilties:

Responsibilities:
•Assist in the design of new/revised computer systems by studying existing systems, analyzing user requirements and specifying new/enhanced system components, and writing/amending programs according to specifications.
•Provide system support of business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours
•Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing IT solutions
•Provide technical support to users

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
•Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
•Ideally have 1 to 2 years’ experiences in AS400 (RPG) and CL.
•Knowledge in BPCS is an added advantage
•Self-motivated and ability to work independently
•Keen and enthusiastic
•Strong passion for software development work.
