Systems Analyst (Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Perform the Business Analysis functions to conduct and capture user requirements.
• Analyze functional requirements and produce conceptual design for the application development.
• Develop the User Requirements Specification (URS) and Software Functional Specification (SFS) documents.
• Participate in database design for application development.
• Develop Test Cases with test scenarios for Test & Integration (T&I) team.
• Manage the application development timelines and project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized University Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields with outstanding academic credentials (CGPA 2.7 minimum preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in software development with multiple complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) exposure.
• Familiarity with software development methodology such as SSADM and/or OOADM.
• Required skill(s): Strong experience in J2EE, Java, .Net, C++, Oracle database.
• Key quality(s): Able to work independently, team player, quick learner, proactive, good interpersonal skills, strong comprehensive, analytical with initiative and innovative qualities, problem solving abilities.
• Possess a good command of the English language (written and spoken) and good presentation skills.
• SUN Java Developer certification，Linux or other UNIX platform application development experience are added advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work long hours.
