Training Executives (Petaling Jaya)

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in any human development or any field of study.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • At least 2 year(s) experience as a coordinator’s position.
  • Must display excellent planning, scheduling and organisation skills.
  • Experience in training fundamental IT courses or training manuals development is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Knowledge in IT training is preferred.


  • Identify and co-ordinate internal training requirements which include processing training requisitions, booking courses and follow through.
  • Plan schedule, co-ordinate external training (project based training) which include training requirements analysis, liaison with the client and implementing training for the client.
  • Prepare training reports.
  • Write training proposals.
  • Plan and monitor employee skills development.
