Overall Job Purpose:

1) To work with Business Owners to develop optimal and innovative solutions for continuous improvement to increase business efficiency and cost effectiveness.
2) To liaise with business owners, IT solution providers and all level of users to understand and document business requirement across affected business areas.
3)To lead and guide a team of users in all phases of the project or task assigned in ensuring successful deployment and post-implementation support.


1)Responsible and accountable for task completion with agreed schedule and approved budget whilst the deliverable satisfy business needs.
2)Identifying business needs, accessing the impact of these needs,documenting requirements delivered either by IT or process improvement solutions.
3)Partner with Test Lead and Business Owners to deliver test strategy, user acceptance criteria, test plan, issue resolutions, associated process flow formulation and perform benefits realization review after implementation.
4)Participate in the shakedown/ screening of the IT application to ensure it is of acceptance quality.
5)Monitor and report on the progress of work assigned.


1)More than 3 years experience in operations and systems environment, with hands-on experience in providing business improvement solutions.
2)Familiar with project management and process improvement tools and methodologies.
3)Strong analytical skills and ability to provide workable and structure solutions.
4)Team player and is highly motivated.
5)Able to work independently and/or manage and inspire the team to greater heights.
